Welcome to Key Marco

Marco is a gated community of large water direct, single-family homes with large tracts of land. The water in this area can be very shallow; however, there is a clubhouse and marina in the community. Kayaking is very popular. This area has lush foliage and mangroves and an abundance of wildlife.

It is important to note that this community is part of a Community Development District (CDD). There is an annual charge for each property and is added to each owner’s annual tax statement until the fee has been completely paid. Nearby restaurants are in the Super Publix complex as well as many in Goodland. The famous Stan’s in Goodland boasts an outdoor tiki bar, live bands and dancing. Key Marco is approximately five to six miles from Residents’ Beach. This is one of the closest routes off the island to the Everglades, the Keys and Miami by car.
